• Corporate Compliance : Ensure the company's full compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements, including those under the Companies Act and other applicable laws.
• Board and Shareholder Meetings : Prepare and circulate board agendas, minutes of meetings, and other documents for Board and shareholder meetings.
• Documentation & Drafting : Draft a wide range of legal and corporate documents, including resolutions, agreements, policies, and statutory forms.
• Record Keeping : Maintain and update all statutory registers and records accurately.
• Regulatory Filings : Handle all necessary filings and communication with regulatory bodies like the Registrar of Companies (ROC).
• Advisory Role : Provide expert advice to the Board of Directors on corporate governance, legal matters, and compliance.

Required Qualifications :

• Experience : 3-4 years of experience as a Company Secretary.
• Drafting Skills : Proven ability to draft comprehensive and legally sound documents.
• Knowledge : In-depth knowledge of the Companies Act, corporate law, and corporate governance principles.
• Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Problem-Solving : Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Attention to Detail : Meticulous attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
